Interview: Dan Reardon
Daniel Reardon didn't have the Canberra SX outing that he would have liked. After holeshotting nearly every heat and main this year, his starts at Canberra were off and he didn't get to run where he would have liked. We spoke to Dan on the Monday after Canberra to get his thoughts on the weekend and also talk about his plans next year...
So four rounds in did you think you'd have the red plate with a seven point lead?Well if you look at it like that no *laughs. No I was confident that th

We spoke with with the Super X Open Class podium after Geelong and Michael Byrne also who had a tough weekend to kick off his championship run...
We spoke with the Boy-Giant Tye Simmonds after his first ever Open Class Podium!

Skullcandy Comp winner Dylan Long
So Dylan how was the week, sum it up?Yeah it was pretty good, I rode really well, I thought I did anyway ha. I just come unstuck on the little 85, it’s a bit hard to ride jumping straight off the 125 and 250 but oh well a bit of bad luckOk you were really fast in the 125/150 class having the fastest lap by like 2 seconds in one of the races. Did you think that you were going to be able to go that fast coming into the race and do you think your speed had a lot to do with the American guys
PODCAST: Luke George
LUKE GEORGE PODCAST
After one of the worst crashes in recent memory Kawasaki Factory Rider Luke George is back on the mend and looking towards 2010. After texting each other back and forth I hit up LG for a quick interview as I have had a million emails requesting a podcast with him. As usual Luke was up for anything and we made the time.
Now I could have talked about a ton more things that what we did but we were limited to time unfortunanlty. We did however get to talk about his injury, rehab
Pre-Super X with Kade Mosig
With style like this it is hard to argue that Kade is one of Australia's most tallented riders...
When Kade Mosig came out of the junior ranks he was immediately expected to bring home the silverware in whatever class he entered. While he has seen numerous race wins and podiums he has not yet lived up to the championship expectations that were place on him by punters and industry insiders.200
Tye Simmonds season wrap-up
Unit have put out an interview/season review with newly signed team rider Tye Simmonds. Another sweet as Allan Hardy film with a bit of help from the MX Show Crew for good measure... Check it out!
PODCAST: Kirk "Whiteboy" Gibbs
When we got wind that SERCO Yamaha rider Kirk Gibbs had just re-signed with the team for the 2010 season we thought it would be a good oppurtunity to give him a call and have a chat.
Turns out we caught him as he was just about to tee-off on the first hole in a round of golf! Ahhh the life of a factory rider...
The stand up guy Gibbsy is, though, he gave me a call tonight for our chat.
One of the coolest and most down to earth guys in the sport, Kirk made this a fun and cool Podcast.

PODCAST: Ross "Rollerball" Beaton
I guess the story of this week would be Ross Beatons inclusion in the CDR/Rockstar Yamaha team for this weekend in the Pro Open Class for Lakes. Ross is an awesome down to earth kid who deserves everything he gets and we thought he would be good for a chat on this year series as well as his aspirations in the 450 class.
And the Ross "Rollerball" Peterson really means absolutely nothing, "Rollerball" was just the nickname of Ross Peterson from Canada in the 70's and 80's.
Enjoy!

PODCAST: MX Season Review with Wardy
With only two rounds left to run in this year MX Nationals we thought it would be as good a time as ever to do a season review and cover some of the things that have be the big news in this years championship. To do this we grabbed a hold of Mike Ward who has been around the Aussie scene, and world for that matter, for years as a mechanic to give us a pretty real view on this season so far.
While we could have spent all night talking about it we had to keep it a little short but we will do a pos
Chattin' with the Sheriff
Touted as one of Australia's most talented riders, Robbie Marshall regularly makes the switch from FMX to MX and does a damn fine job at it. This last weekend saw Robbie battle it out with Andrew McFarlane
Ok so Robbie it's Monday Morning after the last round of the QLD champs, 6x20's has to be hard on the body aye?
Yeah
for sure! Especially when your bike Bogs on the upramp of a triple in
the whoop section and you nose it in hard and get whip lash and pull

Quick Chat with Luke Burkhart
Luke Burkhart has been on the Aussie scene for years and has been fast as heck but injuries have slowed his progress.
For 2009 he declined offers in Australia to race in the states. Everything was going good until a practice crash took him out of the first round.
Burga is now back on the bike and looking at doing the last rounds of the AMA series before heading back to NZ to do their Motocross Championship.
Ok Luke, so you have packed up and made the move to the states, how has it been living o

Catching up with Adam Monea
After a breakout year in 2008 Adam Monea has had a slow start to this years title. He switched teams early in the year after some injury issues and is now racing for the Insanity Racing Team aboard Kawasaki's. In the first two rounds Adam's results were not reflective of his speed and we expect him to be running up the front in the coming rounds. As always Monz is down for a chat so we though we would give him a quick call.
So Adam we are a couple of days out from the Towomba round 3 of the

I am sorry to keep you all waiting! I had so many calls and emails wanting part 2 and I couldn't get it up due to technical issues. I finally got it fixed though and I am glad that everyone wants to listen to it.

PODCAST: Cody Mackie
Cody Mackie truly is in my opinion one of Australia's great Motocross talents. He has been blessed with truck loads of natural talent on a motorcycle and is one of my favorite riders to watch. He has won races in Australia, carded top 15 results in West Coast Supercross in America and even spent two months living and training with the fastest man on the planet. He does all of this in a very humble way though and remains one of the most approachable riders in the pits and one of the coolest guys
PODCAST: Josh Cachia
Josh Cachia came out of the gates for the first National with one goal, to dominate. From the moment they hit the track Josh was on the gas and he took the overall win in style. Josh has a style of his own and that is to be commended in an industry full of guys who will try to fit the mould of what the "Factory Rider" should be. Josh is an awesome kid and will do big things this year.

Ryan Marmont is a champion of our sport. He has won a ton of championships but he remains one of the nicest guys in the sport that has a ton of times for his fans. After a season to forget last year, he was faced with being dropped from the KTM team after 8 years of service and now has a new found motivation and drive to get back on top. I think this was a really good podcast and I would like to say thanks to Ryan for taking the time out to have a chat.

5 Minutes with Tommy Searle
Tommy Searle is one of the most tallented guys out there right now racing. I am sure we have all seen the English 19 year old phenom ride in the world MX2 championship but for this year he is jumping over to the US to race in the Lites class for MDK/Muscle Milk KTM. Tommy is busy testing a riding his new bike and took some time out to have a chat with us.

5 Minutes with Wil Hahn
Wil Hahn is one of the most likable guys on the AMA circuit and has retained his fun and comical character is a sport that sometimes turns cool kids into podium speech robots. Wil struggled at stages through last year but showed some awesome raw speed and proved he can run with the best of them. Wil has just signed to the MDK/Muscle Milk KTM Team and is looking to make a run at the East Coast podium!
So what has been going on, you've had one SX race this year on the East Coast and you have Atla
Brent Landman
After a great Super X season the name Brent Landman would surely be a name that you remember! After getting injured at the last round of SX he has had a bit of time off over the break but is well into his pre-season training. Brent has a long history in the Aussie MX scene and is one of the funnest guys to be around at the races and also happens to be very fast on a dirtbike.
After struggling outdoors in 08 Bocca turn his season and maybe his career around with some great rides in SX and lande

5 Minutes with: The voice of Supercross!
You may not recognize the face but if you have ever watched an American SX or outdoor you wil know the voice. Ralph Sheheen is part of the Live broadcast team for Speed channel so we thought what better way to get the inside scoop on the Supercross so far than to talk to the man who calls the races.
So Ralph, yourself and Jeff Emig are the voice of AMA Motocross and Supercross, what is your background in the sport?
I grew up in Sacramento, California. and my family used to go to all sort
5 Minutes with: Kade Mosig
You have been MIA since Coolum, what has been going on for the past few months?Well I hurt my shoulder just after the first round of Super X so I kinda got stuffed around with a few doctors that said there was nothing wrong with it but I ended up needing surgery so I got the surgery done and then had a bit of time off. I have just started riding the last four weeks or so with a fresh start on the KTM so yeah..You had a bit of a shoulder problem through the nationals didn't you?Yeah I did, about
5 Minutes with: Malcolm McCassy
Hey Malcolm, thanks for taking the time to do an interview with us, I know your flat out right now!You have been around the industry for about 15 years now, how did you first get into racing?
When I was 3 years old, my dad got me my first dirtbike, and from that point I was pretty much addicted. I had a successful mini bike career, but collected a list of about 10 concussions, and 12 or broken bones in the process. I kept riding/racing for
5 Minutes: Luke George
We sat down with Luke after the final round of Super X at Brisbane where he rode with an injured foot in the hope of holding onto 2nd overall for the series. I know this is a little bit old but we didn't want to waste a good interview with one of the nicest guys in the sport.
Coming into the series did you have any expectations how this series would be?Yeah for sure I had some really high expectations of what it was going to be like. You have Chad really involved with all the top Aussies
5 Minutes: Jeremy McGrath
So you made it through the Townsville mud fest, how did you and the bike come out of that race?
(Laughs) Well….. This was a weird deal because Townsville was a mud race and when it is raining at home I don’t really like to ride so I didn’t really no what to expect. I guess from and overall point it turned out ok. I was not going to take a bunch of chances and risk getting hurt or anything but overall it was ok. I was more worried about running out of gear and goggles!! Like d
